Assessments and quotes
Booking an assessment through this site requests a visit; it is not a contract for work. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. Quotes are prepared after a crew lead has seen the job, are provided in writing, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins only after you accept a written quote.
Changes during a job
If conditions found during the work materially change the scope (for example hidden damage behind a wall or under a roof deck), we document the change and price it in writing before proceeding. You approve changes before they become part of the job.
