What does an assessment cost?
Nothing. A crew lead comes out, looks at the actual job, and you get a written quote. There is no fee and no obligation, and nobody sits at your kitchen table until you sign something.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the job, genuinely. A gutter run and a kitchen remodel do not share a price list, and even two roofs on the same street can quote differently. That is why the assessment is free: you get a real number for your actual house, in writing, before you decide anything.
Do you handle small jobs, or only big projects?
Both. The handyman service exists exactly for the small stuff: send the whole list and one visit clears as much of it as the day allows. Big projects like remodels and roof replacements get their own written scope and schedule.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed, bonded and insured, and we will show certificates before work starts if you ask. Plumbing and electrical work inside remodels is performed by licensed trades.
