When you book an assessment or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used and, where your browser provides it, the campaign or referral that brought you here.
How we use it
To schedule and perform your assessment, prepare your quote, communicate about your project, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example scheduling, email delivery, and payment processing) and only as needed to do the work.
Text messages
If you check the text message consent box, we may text you about your project, including scheduling and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.
Retention and your choices
We keep project records as long as needed for warranty, legal, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information by calling (380) 238-9906 or emailing us, and we will honor the request except where the law requires us to keep a record.
